What You Will Do

  • You support the management in all organizational and administrative HR matters.
  • You are the first point of contact for employees regarding organizational HR matters.
  • You support onboarding and offboarding processes, for example by preparing documents and organizing employee entries and exits.
  • Maintaining personnel files, HR data, and time records is part of your regular responsibilities.
  • You support applicant management, for example by coordinating interview appointments and communicating with candidates.
  • You take on general administrative and organizational tasks to support the management.
  • You assist with the planning of company events and support us at trade fairs.

What You Bring

  • You have completed a commercial education (e.g., business school, commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification).
  • Initial experience in HR, administration, or office support is an advantage.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
  • You enjoy working with people and have a strong interest in human resources.
  • You are communicative, well-organized, and able to keep track of multiple tasks.
  • You have good MS Office skills and are comfortable working with digital systems.

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of 1.414,33 € based on 20 hours per week.
