Für die Position des Messtechnikers bieten wir ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt von 2.948,85 € brutto pro Monat – zuzüglich Überzahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
Mit Übernahme der Funktion als Abteilungsleiter erfolgt eine zusätzliche Leitungszulage.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Vermessen von Präzisionsbauteilen mit moderner Messtechnik
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Messungen
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen
- Preparing inspection plans
- Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines in production
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Fertigung
Your Qualifications – We’re Looking for the Best of the Best
- Technische Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik, Qualitätssicherung oder Zerspanung
- Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen
- Experience with QM systems and measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Koordinaten-Messmaschinen (z.B. ZEISS) sowie beim Erstellen von Prüfberichten
- Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsdenken
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
