Activities and tasks
- First point of contact for all employees regarding HR matters
- Administrative tasks related to the "Employee Life Cycle," such as onboarding & offboarding processes, personnel file management, and time tracking
- Support in employer branding, including participation in career fairs and collaboration with the social media team
- Applicant management
- Covering responsibilities in the accounting department
Qualifications – We are looking for the best of the best
- Several years of professional experience in HR and accounting
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Interest in and passion for working with people and HR topics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent and precise work style
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
What else is important?
We offer an attractive remuneration package corresponding to your qualifications and professional experience. The gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 2.668,69 (based on full-time 38.5 hours).
