What You Will Do
- Complex and high-precision CNC milling of individual parts and small series
- Independent setup, loading, and operation of modern CNC milling machines
- Independent optimization of existing workflows and processes
- Independent quality checks and adjustments during production
- Working in accordance with construction drawings and detail drawings
- Sharing specialist knowledge with the team
- Support with maintenance and repair work
What You Bring
- Several years of professional experience in CNC milling technology
- Solid knowledge in programming and optimizing CNC milling programs
- Confident handling of technical drawings and plans
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, eigenes Fachwissen aktiv an Kolleg:innen weiterzugeben und so zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams beizutragen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
- Precise, independent, and responsible working style
- Willingness to work in multi-shift operations
For this position, we offer a collective agreement minimum salary of €3,726.84 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and several years of experience as a CNC specialist, we are prepared to increase the total gross salary to up to €5,000 per month. 3.726,84 € brutto pro Monat und sind – abhängig von deiner Qualifikation sowie mehrjährigen Erfahrung als CNC-Spezialist – bereit, das Gesamtbrutto auf bis zu 5.000 € pro Monat anzuheben.
